At ZODIAQUE STUDIOS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original ZODIAQUE packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Return

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our studio inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
